Tired

Please explain internal tremors a bit more. I have them even when I'm not anxious and then get anxious about them. I'm exhausted.

Hi Mary -

Internal tremors that are not related to anxiety should be discussed with your doctor. It could be that you have something else going on inside your body that is causing this disruption in your nervous system.

Sometimes being fatigued through chronic stress, or even vitamin deficiency we can feel these disruptions and as a result become stressed even more because we do not understand why we feel the way we do.

My advice to you (when dealing with these tremors not related to anxiety), would be to make an appointment with your physician to rule out any physical causes, prior to using self-help methods.

I hope you find the answer there!

Take Care!
Susan
